All rental rates include comprehensive insurance, covering:
Driver and passengers
Fire, theft, riot, and flooding
There are no additional insurance fees required.
💳 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit ranging from MUR 25,000 to MUR 50,000 is required, depending on the vehicle category.
This deposit serves as a guarantee in the event of damage or an accident.
Payment options: Cash (MUR, EUR, USD, GBP) or credit card (via pre-authorization)
Refund policy: Fully refundable upon vehicle return, provided no damage has occurred
Minor repairs (e.g., small scratches) may be settled directly without applying full excess charges.
⚠️ Insurance Exclusions
The insurance does not cover:
Damage to tires
Lost or broken keys
Broken windows or side mirrors
Damage caused by intoxicated or negligent driving
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
1. Prepaid Reservations (Deposit Required)
Cancellation (more than 48 hours before pick-up): A cancellation fee of 25% applies.
Cancellation (within 48 hours of pick-up): A cancellation fee of 50% applies.
No-show: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for missed pickups.
Modifications: Changes to prepaid bookings may not be permitted or may incur additional fees.
2. Pay-at-Pickup Reservations (No Deposit)
Free Cancellation: Cancellations are generally free of charge up to the time of pick-up.
No-show: No fees will be charged, but we kindly ask that you cancel in advance as a courtesy.

The deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to standard inspection.
Fuel & Cleaning Terms
🚗 Vehicle Drop-Off Guidelines
When returning your rental vehicle, please ensure the following:
The fuel level is the same as at the time of pickup.
The car is returned in a clean condition.
Note: A cleaning fee of Rs 500 will be charged if the vehicle requires cleaning upon return.
Note: All our vehicles are None Smoking.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid Driver’s License (local or international) , National ID or passport and Proof Of Address. Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Is delivery and pickup available anywhere in Mauritius?
Yes, we offer delivery and collection island-wide, including airports, hotels, and residential addresses.
What’s included in the rental price?
All rentals include comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, and 24/7 roadside assistance. No hidden fees!
Can I extend my rental period?
Absolutely! Just contact us via WhatsApp or call before your rental ends, and we’ll update your booking based on availability.
What is your fuel and cleaning policy?
We provide the car is a relative amount of fuel and when returning the same amount of fuel is expected.
Please return the vehicle clean to avoid a cleaning fee and so that we can inspect the vehicles as per delivery conditions.
